Try combining the theory from here with the workbook provided by RoyUK in your link.

Re: Help me plz (Digital clock )

    Hello, most_lost.

This is a forum of volunteers. These volunteers choose who to help based on their own preferences and abilities. Per the forum rules (see link in my signature below), you should only be "bumping" your thread once per day if you aren't getting a response.

Most folks who help others here frown upon people requesting help and then being impatient about getting a response. While some threads are resolved quickly, others can linger until someone with the interest and ability comes by. Also, there are many volunteers who look for threads with 0 or very few replies. Once it hits 5+ (and especially 10+) many assume the user is already being assisted.

    Thanks.

Re: Help me plz (Digital clock )

I tried helping you by providing you with a link for you to work with. As for actually programming a clock, and then changing it time zone, I haven't a clue. I thought you clicked my star because of the link, I didn't know that was dependent on doing your work for you.

Re: Help me plz (Digital clock )

Other than the fact that it isn't wrapped in [CODE]Please [url=https://www.excelforum.com/login.php]Login or Register [/url] to view this content.[/CODE] tags per the forum rules?... I've done so for you this time. Please heed my advice about posting and impatience as well.

In your workbook's THISWORKBOOK module, add this code:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
In a standard module add this code:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
Save and close your workbook. Open the workbook and you should (hopefully) see a timer in cell A1 showing the current GMT.

I can't see those pictures. I suggest never posting images. Post a workbook and type out the error. It also helps if you tell us which line of code is highlighted when the error occurs, and what the value of any variables on that line are set to at the time.

The code as provided works on my test workbook.

Re: Timer in cell (digital clock)

Paul, I looked at the pics the OP posted. It looks like they tried to save the files as .xlsx and were given a warning but didn't heed it. So when they opened the .xlsx file, there was error message.

@most_lost, if you are using an MS version else than 2003 then please update your profile. Also .xlsx files cannot have macros in them. Instead you can save as .xls, .xlb, .xlsm, .xlsb, etc. as these file types allow for saving Excel files with vba code embedded within them.

    Hope this helps.
