Need help with dealing with two ranges

So mainly what I have is I'm extracting the words in two columns and putting them in a text file within a sentence.
but its not working properly i tried adding two ranges and incrementing the address for each then extracting the value but it wasn't working.

what i need is something like this:

The value of "A1" is bla bla bla "B1"
The value of "A2" is bla bla bla "B2"

I also tried with for each didn't work out for me. please help me out.

No really I want to put the values of two columns each in a specific part of the sentance... and I have multiple rows
