I have attached a workbook. I am trying to do a formula that takes the calls made per day and divides by the hours worked per day. The issue I have is when I export the data from the phone system software it puts the hours worked today in AM and PM and not a number value.

you just need to multiply the time value by 24 to get it into whole hour values, try this
=B2/(C2*24)
