Assigning shortcut key inside the module

Hey guys,

I am trying to develop a macro that reverses the order of a selected range of columns in excel. I found the VBA code online that does the job, but now I am interested in adding a few features to it. I would like for it to be a Add-in, which I have managed to do, but I would also like for the sub to have a shortcut key. The code that I have is the following:

The problem is that I manually have to go run the macro the first time (from menu etc). After that the shortcut works. Any suggestions on how to make the shortcut work as soon as you add the add-in?

I know I can go to the developer > Macro > options etc, but I would prefer for other users to avoid having to do that if they install my code
