Whenever the value down column A from A5 in my Data worksheet is greater than zero, I need to copy cells from A to E and paste it to the my second worksheet2 (Form). I need to fill out the form without lines being skipped. Can someone please help???? THANKS!

try this macro (macro is also in vb editor of the file)
change the sheet names in the macro
