    Hi andy_iyeng

Yes, well, you need to disclose that...Rule #8

    8. Don't cross-post without a link. Cross-posting is when you post the same question in other forums on the web. You'll find people are disinclined to respond to cross-posts because they may be wasting their time solving a problem that has been solved elsewhere. We prefer that you not cross-post at all, but if you do (and it's unlikely to go unnoticed), you MUST provide a link (copy the URL from the address bar in your browser) to the cross-post. Expect cross-posts without a link to be closed

Provide the Link...perhaps you'll get some hits.

Re: Help needed with tweaking Ron de Bruin's mail code

    Hi,

This is very good forum and helping a lot in doing automation….

    I have a query

How can I insert particular data/text from excel cell in between the text which is already in the mail body.

    Ex:

    Col A Col B Col C
    xyz 28 Name1
    ABC 29 Name2
    DEF 30 Name3

    Email body :

In First email -> My name is “xyz” and my age is “28” and bla…bla………and send this to “contact1”.
In Second email -> My name is “ABC” and my age is “29” and bla…bla……… and send this to “contact2.

This has to loop for all rows get the data and display in outlook email.

So if I click once it has to generate all the emails for all the rows in excel.

    I have attached the file//.

Can you please help me on this.
