download from ftp using vba

Hi all,

I tried downloading the file "ftp://ftpdatos.aemet.es/series_climatologicas/valores_diarios/anual/2007.csv.gz" using the following code that I found:

but get an error in the line

I suppose because it is not a http... but don't know how to handle this. Please help.
