    Load Userform help

Hi all, thanks in advance for helping out this noob.

I am trying to load a userform (named "OpenSpecPairForm) with an If statement, which works fine once as long as the pertinent listbox selection (which is 2) is already loaded. When I return to Excel, select another listbox item, then run the macro, the OpenSpecPair userform does not appear, which is what I expect. But when I subsequently make listbox selection 2, the userform does not load. How can I keep the macro on the lookout for listbox selection 2?
    Code is below :

    Re: Load Userform help

Any help with this would be appreciated. I've considered a Do While as long as the sheet is active, but I'm wondering if there is a cleaner way to do it.
