auto copy from above row to below row

Hi frnds,


i am new to excel coding...

I want copy only above row of data to the below row can i changes
Eg:
i attached excel file below please go through the below file.if i click on 31 th row (i.e G31) it automatically copy the above row of data (i.e G30 th row) to the G31 th row it's working fine.my doubt is can i change(update) any value in G17,H18,I19,G18 only change that cell of text.but it changes entire row that means copy above row data to below row.if G31 is fill automatically then i click on G32 and so on....

I want copy only G30 th row to the G31 th row automatically.if i changes any cells (i.e Upper rows) that effects only that cell not entire row.(Not exactly the G31 i am telling about all the rows).

Please help me...
