Open and SaveAs an .xlsx file to a .csv

I have an application (with a macro), Export_Folder2.xlsm, which takes a selected folder/path and combines all files within that folder into one .xlsx worksheet.

What I want to do is have the application/macro also save the .xlsx worksheet as a .csv file. My problem is the file is not in the proper format. Expaining further, if I saveAs an open .xlsx worksheet as type .csv I get a warning message about compatibility issues but I end up with a 'text' file which can be openned (with readability) with notepad. The method I am using gets me a .csv file, but I have to open it with Excel and saveAs .csv (again)

    Attached is my worksheet.
