Converting data in a table into a list

Hello again excelforum! I have series of large tables that needs to be converted into a list. The tables are for the user, a useable readable interface, the list is for excel to be able to more easily digest, because lists that just go down forever are easily to manipulate....but I'm stuck. I can't get it to copy over the way I need it to.

I've tried several combinations of 'for...next' loops but can't seem to get it to do what I need....I think I'm on the right track with my choice in function... I just don't see the solution..
I've attached a sample sheet, with a table and an example of what I would like the list to end up being. (Deleting 0's and blank values is a must! you'll see when you open it)

    listsample.xlsx

    Thanks!

Perfect, and easily adapted to work in my sheet This is MUCH faster than the results I was getting the other way...referencing each cell in real time instead of creating a whole table in a buffer and just plopping it in one move (i'm assuming that is whats going on here, i still have to dissect that code and figure it out :D)
    Excellent.
