Is there a way in excel, or are there any free online tools out there that will allow me create a relationship diagram from the procedures I have for a macro?

You've provided zero information about what you're trying to do. A better strategy would be to give a crystal clear example, rather than waiting for someone to play 20 questions.

I think he meant SmartArt, which is used to create diagrams. Under Insert Ribbon tab, click Smart Art.

*sorry about that I mean more so under class structure with the underlying procedures and and how they relate to one another. Basically does excel offer a way to diagram a coded macro in VBA. So you can visually see what function calls what etc. or if there is one online where you can enter the code into to create the diagram.
