Copy values and formulas only if different from previous range.

Hi, I need to copy a range of cells but only if it's different from the previous one. Attached you'll find what I have so far. This macro fills sheet "Historia volumen" with external and continuously updated data from sheet "Volumen IPC", the problem is that I don’t need repeated data, so the macro I’m asking for should check if there's new data in sheet "Volumen IPC" and fill sheet "Historia volumen" with it or do nothing at all until the timer starts again and check for updated data. Also I need to copy values and formulas at the same time, says: values from sheet "Volumen IPC" range B2:E2 and formulas from same sheet range F2:H2, both to the last empty rows on sheet "Historia volumen" range A2:G2.
