Need a Macro to do a find and replace for multiple text in just one column only

I need to do like 20-30 name replacements in only one column. What would be a good macro for this? What it would do is for example in Column D? it will have a user name already there like "ccothern" and would need it to replace all instances of that name to "Morse" or etc. IT would need to do this for other names as well in this column. Ideas? Thanks as always!

How would this work for multiple search and replaces?
Example: Bob must be replaced with Kentucky, Jim must be replaced with VIrginia, etc?
