    Need a help to create a search result form

    I have a sheet which contains a ID code, Name, Designation,department, Work Site and telephone numbers.

    1 ID Number
    2.Name
    3.Department
    4.Job
    5.Work Site
    6.Telephone Number

    I need to create a search form which can show me the result when I type any of above. any help will b appreciated.
