Time Macro

I am not very good at writing macros and would appreciate some help. I have a list of times (ie. 1:30 PM) in Column A. I need a macro that can delete the rows with times that do not fall within the time ranges set in Cells B9 and B10. For example, I would put 1:00 PM in B9 and 3:00 PM in B10, press a button, and any time ranges in A10:A1000 that do not fall within those times will have their entire rows deleted. I don't want any rows deleted above A10. I have information in those cells that need to stay put. Thanks for reading and I am looking forward to reading any suggestions of code.

Might be worth posting a sample workbook. If you have headings in row 9, it may be possible to do this with a filter.
