vbe save my workbook - special

    Hi all !!
i have a real time application for excel..
often the workbook makes some task then saves itself on disk..

to prevent data loss if there is a blackout.

the problem is that these savings are often multiple...
so the processing stops for several seconds..
waiting for the disk to have complete the save.

i wonder if it is possible to launch a indipendent or multithreaded workbook.save

    tx goodsunday !

    Hi ZuluNation,

I believe that auto save and auto recovery are build into the Microsoft products already. Read http://office.microsoft.com/en-au/ex...010140729.aspx
