Macro to Refresh data Connections in each Tab of an excel

hi all,
I am new to VBA programming.My Requirement is :
i have an Excel Sheet-2007(say sheet name- VBA) with 25 Tabs in it ..(say tab name 1-25)
in each tab i have code written in Data Conections to refresh each tab

I need to write a macro to automatically select that Excel and run all the codes in Data connections to refresh each tab daily .

as i am new to this - any code snippet would be great

can anyone throw some suggestions on this.. pls.
