How to validate whenever new data is entered

Hi All, First time poster, but I been coming to this forum for many years. I was not able to find this sort of programming I need so I decided to post it.

First of all, I am not sure if its possible to even do this. But heres what I want to do:

I have excel that is shared between four many people. THe excel data is really large and is always changing. But sometimes I feel others are changing inputs without my authorization ( I am the lead on this project...long story short).

Is there anyway, that when I open the excel file, that a pop-up appears with the most recent entries into the excel sheet. Can excel make me aware of the recent changes/entries somehow, and only when entries/changes have been entered. If no entries have been entered then there is no reason to make me aware of it. Also, not everytime should I receive this pop-up, only from the last time I opened the excel file.

I hope I made myself clear. Please let me know if you need more information.
