Combine text in multiple cells if adjacent column is blank

I'm looking for something that when there is no data in the address (Column B) it will continue collecting the rows that are blank (6-23), so that the text within that range in Column A can be merged into 1 long string of text on the last row that did have data in the addres in a seperate cell (K5).
When I started this project I only needed to check for a couple of rows so I used nested IF formulas. Now I don't know how to continue checking subsequent rows without having a ridiculous amount of nested IFs.

    Hello problematic ,

    Welcome to the Forum!

Because Excel's concatenation function does not function on arrays, you will have to use VBA to concatenate the cells.
    Sincerely,
