Question if range1=range2 then range A=RangeB

    My dilemma:
If Active workbook range("b1") = closed workbook range("b1")
then I want to have excel copy the value from range("a1") of the closed workbook onto range("a1") of the open workbook.
But only if the B1s match up.
Plus, have this macro run continously in the worksheet of the active workbook.

    Thanks in advance!
