Send E-Mail with Attachment

I have a small VBA program which writes the contents of certain cells to a text file. The next step in my process will be to send this text file to another user. We use Novell GroupWise, version 8 as our e-mail client. Does anyone have a snippet or two to get me started with this?

I have already tested this and it works great right out of the box. Attachment too. I will now plagiarize, er, uh that is I mean customize if for my own uses. Thanks.
