Do - command for all Checkbox checked

    Hi,

I have a file with several sheets and with links to other files. In order to fix the values in the file, I want to copy several sheets with break-links or copy-paste values in a different file.

I created a userform with some checkboxes . Each checkbox should be connected to a certain sheet .
What I want to do is : for all checked checkboxes , take the respective sheet and move them all together in a new file without links.
How should I construct the code "for all checked checkboxes " ?

    Thank you in advance.
