Spreadsheet and Calendar Sync

I would like to link a calendar, multiple months (if possible) to activities in a spreadsheet. If you look at Sheet 2, I have it set up to enter the begin date (site visit day 1 (A) and it auto-generates the other dates I need for other activities. Is there a way to link this spreadsheet to a calendar as well as other activities such as site leader name, which will be the person responsible for the work and the column headings which is the work activities?

I see you've finally managed to post in an Excel forum, but your example doesn't help me to understand your problem very well. Can you re-post your example with some dummy data in it so I can see what it is that you are trying to do?
