How to Count number of "Error" and "OK" after the word "Instrument" found in table row

Dear Expert,

My company system will generate some files and put in a specified folder.
They are 20 files in the same *folder every day.

What I need to do for these 20 files is to count number of "OK" and number of "Error message" in the sheet.
Table header*may start from C3 to C6.
With Instrument, Status .....

The word "Instrument" may start from Row 4 or even row 5. It is hard to tell

Row 1, 2 or 3 may have some descriptions about the definition of "Errors" and "OK" and may have few words about the report status on that day.

So, it is not Okay to count total number of *"Errors" and all "OK" words in the workbook because the comments (in row 1 or 2 or even up to 4) may distort the real figures.

Table headers*are INSTRUMENT, STATUS, SOZON QUANTITY,SOZON PRICE, GGL QUANTITY,GGL PRICE
Table header*may start from C3 to C6.
Some days, may start from Row 4 or even row 5. It is hard to tell.

Under Instruments, if it is Good deal. It would show the Deal Reference number.

It is not Good, it would either show Error: Position do not match for XXXXXXXX or show Error: This instrument has a position in GL: XXXXXXXX
XXXXXX is reference number.
This error message will occupy whole row.*

Under Status, if it is Good deal, it would show "OK". If it is not a good deal, Error message will occupy the whole row.

Is it possible to count number of Error message after the table data starts on row 3 or row 4 ??

Hi all,
I really want to do my myself.
But I only know the recorder only.
The scripts above work really well, but outcome is pop-up window.
Is it possible to show total "Errors" after word "instrument" in the table in J1 cell please?
Is it possible to show total "OK" after word "instrument" in the table in K1 cell please?
Is it possible to show total data row after word "instrument" in the table in L1 cell please?
