Copy Paste with excel VBA

I know very little about excel VBA and would like to write macros to copy cells if 2 conditions are met to another sheet, but to specific area.

I hve 4 columns: Student ID, location, ***, home country.

My task is to copy Student ID and Location of students that are female and come from USA in a specific area, and copy Student ID and Location of students that are male and come from England to another area.

Then if I make corrections to home country column, I want to run macros again and replace existing cells.

Can you please help me?
