Hi,
I'm trying to count the number of cells with the value equal or more than 5000 and equal or less than 10000 and the formula that I've inserted was: =COUNTIF(C6:C49;">=10001,<15000") but doesn't work
Can you help??

Hi,
This is almost the same request as your post of yesterday when you were asking about summing cells and I explained you should be using SUMIFS()
So similarly, since you have two criteria, and as you have Excel 2007 you should be using COUNTIFS() not COUNTIF()
Also note the syntax
=COUNTIFS(C6:C49;">=10001";C6:C49;"<15000")
