Unusual cashflow help

Hi folks,
I'm hoping someone can help. I'm a bit of a n00b with all this, anyway on with the problem.

I run a small business that is increasingly taking credit card payments rather than cash. My card machine supplier pays any payments I have taken 4 working days after I have taken them into my own bank account. Obviously bank holidays do not come under the 'working days' title.


What I would like to do is enter the amounts taken each day, and then more importantly show when that payment will be cleared in my bank account, so that I can see immediatley at a glance what payments I can expect made into my account each day.

I woudl imagine the big obstacle here would be the bank holidays.


As a complete n00b I hope I'm not asking for the impossible.
