Hi friends.. i need a help when converting code from merging to splitting. I have a code for merging data which was imported from .csv file. Can any one do the changes in my code so as i can use it for splitting data.......

I think it would be better to start from scratch with the code. If you could provide a sample workbook with a before and after of the out come you are after it would make it a little easier to get started. Also please edit your post and wrap you code in the code tags. Cheers

Could you give a bit of an explanation of what you are looking to do. I can't quite understand what you are after?
Actually i have a program which imports data from .csv file to excel report. and in that i need to split the data. my query is, i have code for merging data from multiple columns to single column. Now by making changes in that code, i want to split hte data from single column to multiple columns.

I understand that you want to split data, but what exactly do you want to split? And if am I not mistaken , but is that code you are posting not the whole sub?
For better understanding, i have attached one csv file and one
output master file. Please go through the column K,L,M,N so that you will understand. I want the col K has to be split into L,M,N.
