Help with time calculation formula

I'm ultimately trying to create a formula that will calculate all types and formats of a continous work schedule, including working that over lapse days.
The schedules would show only with one date which would be there start date, and one cell combined start time and end time, 09:00-17:30. I have included a sample file, with the formulas i've been using.
