How to get current values into drop down list

    Hello all!
I need to create a dropdown list with certain values. Also I want these values to be collected if certain criterias are met (name, species). Is there a way to put such search formula into dropdown list?

It is possible.. Please upload example workbook so we can deal with it. Make sure to avoid private data.

Re: How to get current values into drop down list

I've made a simplified workbook. I have to mention that the dropdown list will go onto different sheet than the data its showing.
I also put an explanation about formulas and extras into comment.

The formula should be so open that it automatically adjusts itself when a row is added. Since I have litterally thousands of different product names is there a way to copy or duplicate formula, so I mustn't add the formula cell by cell? Thanks!

I added expected result sheet to the document. Its just filled like it should work, but as I mentioned I want it to find correct row and take pack numbers to list from that row starting from e column to the last column. test3.xlsx

Re: How to get current values into drop down list

thanks for a reply, but its not quite what I'm aiming for.
I want a dropdown list into every cell under pack numbers in "expected results" sheet. There are three species RW, WW and LA. Also there are item names aka codes. I want the dropdown list to give me list of pack numbers for certain species (RW, WW or LA) and for certain names. Sheet1 is like a storage where all different names and species are gathered. I want a code into dropdown list which takes a name and species and search for a matching name and species row and returns values from correct row starting from e column.
I hope you understand, if I can make a picture :D

Yes, its almost right, but it takes all values and then starts filtering. What I need is something different. But I cannot modify these formulas to work as I'd like to.

You can pull data that meet your criteria in (for example new sheet) a list and then create drop down menu by that list.
Unfortunally, your data is full of #VALUE errors so give full answer and it's still unclear what data need to be in the list.

ok I ask in other way. Is there a formula which works like concatifs or sumifs, but it doesn't sum or create a comma separated list, but takes values in range and keeps them suitable for dropdown list?
