Need a running total of calendar days (including weekends and holidays)

Hi everyone,

I've searched and searched for a formula that will allow me to keep a running total of calendar days. I need to enter a date in a cell (say A1), and have another cell (say C1), keep a running total of how many days have passed since the date in Cell A1. I also need it to include weekends and holidays. Any help is much appreciated, thanks

@hsv that only gives the days since jan 1 of the same year
