Exclamation Excel Conditional Formatting with If function

    Ok so here's my problem.

I would like cell A1 to turn blue if a condition is fulfilled on a webpage. The condition is that it fills blue if the words 'No news available' are NOT present on the webpage.

    The webpage is below.

    http://www.londonstockexchange.com/e...&preDate=Today

IF the words are present I would like the Cell A1 to remain yellow.

How could i go about doing this? I assume there must be some sort of either VBA code needed or some very clever If function code.

    Thanks

    All help is much appreciated
