Insert data before word

Hopefully there is someone who could modify my piece of code.
I would like to insert the details on "netting" tab into "VAT 381 Topsheet" tab,on the top of the word "END". In my code I already compose how to insert row based on how many data will be inserted in netting tab to topsheet tab. Hope someone could help me,kindly see the excel file for sample program.thank you !

You will, however need to reformat the "Netting" sheet column to that of the "Vat" sheet.
I copied the range in the netting sheet to the vat sheet. So the columns headers need to match.
