I need some help creating a percentage completion chart.

We have a process that has 15 steps. For right now I want them weighted 6.67% each as they are completed. ( hopefull change these weights later as it is determined some tasks take longer)
Our spreadsheet right now is setup as follows:

Company A Prepare 2012 Task 1 Complete
Company A Prepare 2012 Task 2 Not Started
Company A Prepare 2012 Task 3 Not Started
Company A Prepare 2012 Task 4 Not Started
Company A Prepare 2012 Task 5 Not Started
Company A Prepare 2012 Task 6 Not Started
Company A Prepare 2012 Task 7 Not Started
Company A Prepare 2012 Task 8 Not Started
Company A Prepare 2012 Task 9 Not Started
Company A Prepare 2012 Task 10 Not Started
Company A Prepare 2012 Task 11 Not Started
Company A Prepare 2012 Task 12 Not Started
Company A Prepare 2012 Task 13 Not Started
Company A Prepare 2012 Task 14 Not Started
Company A Prepare 2012 Task 15 Not Started

So upon opening this spreadsheet and filtering for Company A, and considering Task 1 is complete, I want the dashboard to show me a chart that says "The Process for Company A is 6.67% complete."

I am somewhat of a beginner in Excel Programming so any help would be sincerely appreciated.
