AutoFliter and remove irrelevant data within a cell

Hello,

Example email.xlsx

I have a task to create a mailing list from a CSV file, but I need to create the CSV file first. I have received an email that just has the email address of the contact(nice job there..) When I copy and paste from the email into excel, I get the attached format

Attached is a quick wookbook demonstrating, as you can understand. All pasted data will be in the same column A


What I would like is a macro that will is to check and remove the following in bold [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> or whatever is easier to get a complete email address, then I can save it as a CSV file to upload to my mail client, to create the mailing list.

I don't know if this can be done but thought I would post here, you guys will let me know. Your the experts.
