VBA -- Look-up max value from series

    What I have:
250+ spreadsheets each containing about 8,000 rows of data. Example attached.

    What I need:
The data is split into groups called "ring builds," so assuming column A says ring build 253, column B, C, and D represent data collection during ring build 253. I need a vba or some other way to pull out the max values in columns b,c,and d during ring build 253 and all subsequent ring builds. Note: I can say with a near certainty that the "ring build" changes will never occur on the same row from worksheet to worksheet, nor will there be an equal number of rows between any given "ring build" period.

Also, I am using MS Excel Windows 2010, not MAC 2011.

    Game on.

Thanks in advance for any help.
