Macros for find a replace button

Hello

I need to create a button in a worksheet that can find and replace. I will input data on the sheet and will refresh it often. The date field comes in a text is this format 001.2011. I need to allways find the dates that were copied in that format and replace it with the correct date format like this (MMM-YYYY). For better ilustration see the attached file. I will greatly appreciate an help.

This will change the text to a date format in column A beginning on row 3.
