Remvoe scroll bars from Web browser

As per the workbook i have the web browser, except it has the scroll bars present.

I basically just need the scroll bars to be removed but am unsure of the coding. The coding I have used has not worked.

works but when I refresh the web browser the scroll bars reappear. what is a more permanent fix?
