Copying a webpage - it doesn´t work as just fractions get copied

Hello everyone,

I´m new here and I just signed up as I hope someone can help me.
I tried it now for several days with different ideas but whatever I tried - it won´t work !

So what I try is to go to the webpage of Betfair --- www.beftair.com
then click on soccer (or football) go to the coupons and select the In-Play Coupon of the actual day.
For example the tomorrows´ coupon has the adress : http://sports.betfair.com/?ci=11492132&ex=1&origin=LHMA

I have to do this manually as the link changes everyday and there is no logic in the link that can be programmed.

So once we are on the correct page we can see todays soccer matches and the actual betting odds.

Now everything I want is to copy the page and paste it into excel using a macro but whatever I try the result is the same:
just fractions get copied and the games with the betting odds disappear. I tried to paste as text, uni-Code and so on but nothing helps.

So now my question is: is there a way to copy the content as seen on the webpage? Or is it even possible to just copy the games including the betting odds?

It would be fine if someone can help me as I have no more idea anymore. Maybe it has something to do with the format of the odds-window on the page?

PLease help me, a vba code would be wonderful but of course I´m happy about any advise, too.

Thank you very much !

could you upload a sample of what you downloaded? it may be a simple formatting issue, or maybe something more
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Hi,

this is the code I used:
Please Login or Register to view this content.

I tried to paste it as html, as text and as uni-code --- nothing helps, the odds do not get copied

Unfortunately I don´t know how to post a sample of what comes out when using my above code but you can easily find out. Open www.betfair.com then click on football, coupons and then open the todays In-Play Coupon (f.e. the link to tomorrows coupon is : http://sports.betfair.com/?ci=11492140&ex=1&origin=LHMA
Then copy the above code to excel an run it.

Thank you for any help !!!
