How to solve exception "call was rejected by callee"

Hi friends
I have written vb script to open excel automatically with task sceduler. the code is as follows.

Im getting exception like call rejected by callee when i run this code.
and this error is only in windows 7. its working well in windows xp and vista. can you please solve this.

Just out of curiosity, on windows 7, does it show the extensions of the file?

Extension... after the "." So for a word document it would be document.docx or document.doc ... Does it show this in Windows 7 or are they hidden?

no there is no extension for my excel sheet.
