Help! How to have macro which auto list down two columns by thier first result?

hi, I havet the problem like this !

Two column which have a result in A column and Decision in B column ! How to have a macro that just pick the result base on the decision , that decision happen in the first time and last time ! Decision only have digits number (1,0) !!!

Sorry base on decision !!! Happen the first row and the last row!
