My company has multiple scheduals for multiple customers all with different delivery dates. My main duty at my company inventory control and end up spending too much time manually sorting though these scheduals in order to updating my calendar weekly just know what jobs are shipping when.

I'm looking for a way link these schedule with a master calendar that will automatically based on the due date will insert it into the calendar on the corresponding date with a machine number and Job number. the calendar.

I don't know if it would be easier to create a excel sheet to condense all the info i need and just import it into outlooks calendar or if there's a way to do it all on excel. Any suggestions or help you could give would be greatly appreciated.
