Macro to automatically create chart for each row of data

I sifted through several pages but couldn't find anything that answered my question. Plus it involves macros and I'm not too savvy with adapting code written for others. Nonetheless, if the solution exists elsewhere, please provide a link and I'll go on my way.

In the attached spreadsheet, I've made two sample charts based on data in rows 2 and 3 (row 1 is header row). Each chart is a bar graph of the data in columns 1-6 (i.e., var1, var2, and so on). On each chart are three reference lines - one is for the mean, one is for 1 standard deviation above the mean, and the other is for 1 standard deviation below the mean. Ideally, the title on the x axis of each chart could be the data in the column "name."

I created the reference lines based on other info available online. It seems clunky, but I couldn't figure out anything smoother.

Is there any way to create a macro that will automatically produce such a chart for each row of data in the format provided? Thus, the attached sample spreadsheet would have 7 charts after the macro is run. Ultimately, I'll have around 35 rows of data over 6 sheets, for a total of 210 charts to produce, but I wanted to start small with the sample sheet.

Thanks so much for the help.
