Multiple conditions - If...And...And...And...Then...Help!

I have a userform with four different combo boxes to help organize a large collection of word documents. The combo boxes have been populated by assigning the Row Source to the corresponding rows in an Excel worksheet.

What would the appropriate VBA translation be for my layman's logical progression of,

If "Condition A" and "Condition B" and "Condition C" and "Condition D" then open "Document X"

I've been hung up on this (probably simple) issue for a few hours now.
