Multiple Find & Replace

I need some help here. I have a list of about 8000 company names. There is multiple fields of information but they all use a 5 digit code. This code represents a category that they belong too. Many of the companies belong to multiple codes. If we break apart each company so each of their entries have only a single code, the file is over 69,000 entries long. We are now updating the way we categorize these codes so there is a significantly smaller amount of codes. My problem is that, even using the standard find and replace would take days! I have the "master" with all the contact information along with another sheet that contains two columns, the code I want changed and the code to change it too. I need someone to help me make a script to find each code and replace it with the new code in the adjoining column! Thanks!

I actually figured out how I could do it. I used the following code and just added an extra column in my "master" sheet. Worked like a charm!
