    Excel code to email whats in the spreadsheet in the body of email

    Hi,

    i am trying to help a friend out with his business now i have his spreadsheet he has sent me and he wants to be able to click a button and when he does that it asks for the users email and then they enter their email and it sends the data in outlook

    now how can i get it so it sends every thing in the excel document in the body of the email? and not as a attachment?

    this is the code i have so far this sends it as a attachment how can i change it so it sends all the info in the body of the email and not as a attachment?

    Hi,
    Thanks i had a look at that and got it working sort of
    its all working but its not aligned i will add a pic of what i mean.
    The top is what i get from the code and the bottom one is what is should look like but it doesnt Untitled.png

    If you want the grid lines to display, simply add borders to your data. And, you can add other formatting as well. Or did you want to include the row and column headings (the numbers to the side of the sheet, and the letters above the columns on the sheet)? If so, I think you would need to take a snap shot of your worksheet and then you could embed the image in the body of the email. Is this what you'd like to do?
