Macro to delete surplus rows.

Im using the following to find the last cell in a column then delete everything below it.

Column B contians a pivot table and all is fine unless the table data is too short.
I do not want to delete anything above row 38. When the pivot table extends past row 38 no problem.

I solved my own query - I have 2 charts just above row 38 and they were getting squished, I thought they had been cut or deleted. Changed the chart properties to dont move or size with cells and problem solved.
