Deleting Shapes and Copying between variable worksheets

Hello,

I am working on a form. The tab "Findings" has a button "Do you have another exception" which will create a mirrored blank template of the findings tab based on a hidden "Template" tab. There is a checkbox called "Invalid?" that will modify the boxes and create an "Undo" button. My problems are as follows:

line. I am trying to copy the template and paste it into the last active sheet that the user was in (aka where they hit the Undo macro).

I am sure there is an easier way to do all of this but I am not sure how. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
