Autofill between two Text defined cells

I am going nuts trying to figure this out. I have a Excel Sheet where I have multiple lists where i add or remove from each list. I have a button that will add a row into a list but it won't autofill the data for me. The row numbers change so the autofill range needs to be based on the two list headers.
    A B C D E F G
    1 List 1
    2
    3
    4 List 2
    5
    6
    7
    8 List 3
I need to be able to insert a row into List 1 or any other List and have it start auto fill after Header List 1 and end at List 2. I can't use row numbers because they will change as I add more.

    Please Help

    Hi

What are you autofilling? Data from the "header" row (ie the row that has List 1, List 3 etc) to columns B:G??? What sort of data are you filling? Values, formulas?

Its a tracker that spans from row Column A to AA. The List 1, List 2 are just the headers. Each item listed below is tracked for a 13 week time and then totaled at the end of each row. At the end of each List header Row it totals eveyone in the list's numbers.
